1. ABHYANGAM
Special types of oil massage in which various strokes are given according to the disease for 45 minutes per day for 14 days. This treatment is very useful for obesity, especially for diabetic gangrene, body aches etc.. In terms of promoting positive health, abhyangam can nourish the body, revitalises the nervous system, helps in overcoming fatigue, promotes undisturbed sleep, improves physical appearence, builds self confidence, retards ageing process in man and bestows long life.

2. UDHWARTHANAM
This is a specialised massage in which herbal powders are rubbed all over the body in a particular manner so that it could burn excess fat in the body. This process can exfoliates the skin and there by keeping the skin smooth and glowy. It is also a very good treatment for paralysis, hemiplegia and certain rheumatic ailments.

3. NJAVARAKIZHI
It is a process by which the whole body or any specific part there of is made to perspire by the application of certain medicinal pudding externally in the form of boluses tied up in muslin bag. This is applied by 2 to 4 therapists for about 60 to 90 minutes per day for a period of 14 days. This treatment is for all types of rheumatism, pain in the joints, emaciation of muscles, high blood pressure, cholesterol and certain kinds of skin diseases. It is very nourishing.

4. PIZHICHIL
In this treatment, luke warm herbal oils are applied all over the body by 2 to 4 trained therapists in a rhythmic way continuously for about 60 to 90 minutes per day for a period of 7 to 21 days. Hot waterbath is given at the end .This treatment is very useful for rheumatic diseases like arthritis, paralysis, hemiplgia, paralysis- agitanus, sexual weakness, nervous weakness, nervous disorders etc.. It give full relaxation to the body and mind. It is higly rejuvenating also.

5. DHARA - (Thakra Dhara & Ksheera Dhara)
In this process, some herbal oils, medicated butter milk etc.. are poured on the forehead in a special manner for about 45 minutes in a day for a period of 7 to 21 days. This treatment is mainly for insomnia, vatha predominated diseases, mental tension, certain skin diseases, insanity, greying and falling of hair etc..

6. SIROVASTHI
Certain lukewarm herbal oils are poured in to a cap fitted on the head for 15 to 60 minutes per day according to the patient’s conditions for a period of 7 days. This treatment is highly effective for facial paralysis. dryness of nostrils, mouth and throat, severe headaches, and other vatha originated diseases.

7. NASYAM
Herbal juices, medicated oils etc., are dropped through each nostrils for 7 to 14 days. This treatment is highly effective for certain kinds of headaches, paralysis, mental disorders, some types of skin disease, hair fall, cervical spondilosis etc..

8. SNEHAPANAM
Medicated ghee is given internally in a proportionally increased quantity for a period of 7 to 12 days. This treatment is for oseteoarthritis, psoriasis and certain skin diseases.

9. KIZHI (Elakizhi + Podikizhi)
Herbal leaves and herbs or herbal powders are applied to the whole body in boluses with hot medicated oils for 45 minutes per day for a period of 7 to 14 days. This treatment is for Osteoarthritis, arthritis with swelling, spondilosis, sports injuries, body pain etc..

10. DHANYAMLA DHARA
Warm herbal liquid poured all over the body in a rhythmic way using special vessels for 45 minutes to 1 hour daily. This treatment is very effective for hemiplegia, paralysis, rheumatic complaints, oedema etc..

11. VASTHI-
Certain herbal oils, herbal extracts etc., are applied through the rectum daily for a period of 5 to 25 days. This is the prime treatment for arthritis, paralysis, hemiplegia, numbness, gastric complaints associated with rheumatism and constant constipation, back ache etc..

12. YONI PRAKSHALANAM

13. KATIVASTHI
In this process specially prepared warm medicated oils is kept over the lower back with herbal paste boundary. This treatment lasts for 45 minutes to one hour and it is good for any type of back pain and spinal disorders.

14. UROVASTHI
Like kativasthi, warm medicated oil is kept over the chest for 45 minutes. This is an effective treatment for asthma, other respiratory problems, heart diseases and muscular chest pain etc..

15. KSHEERA DHOOMAM
This is formentation with medicated cow milk. This treatment is good for facial paralysis, bells palsy, speech disorders and other nervous disorders of the face.

16. THALAM
Herbal powders mixed with medicated oil applying on the top of the head for 20 to 45 minutes. This treatment is helpful for ENT problems, insomnia, migraine etc..

17. LEPANAM
This is the process by which medicated herbal paste is applied on the affected part. This process has got tremendous effect in inflammatory conditions.

18. KARNAPOORNAM
In this process medicated extracts are poured into the ears for 5 to 10 minutes. This process helps to clean the ears and cures all the ailments in the ear.

19. THARPANAM
This is the cleaning process of the eyes which gives the cooling effects, prevents eye diseases and strenghens the optic nerve.

20. MUKHALEPAM
This is a herbal face pack with specially made herbal powder and fresh cream. This treatment can prevent wrinkles and improve the skin tone. This is good for the eyes also.
